Dr. Chad Borer is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry, and has been In private practice since May 2003. He is the owner of Maple Brook, and Stoney Brook Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, and has won the Best of Souhegan Valley 2 years running, with Maple Brook. He is DOCS certified for sedation dentistry.

We are in network with Delta Dental, Met Life, Cigna, Guardian, Blue Cross Blue Shield, GEHA and affiliated connection dental plans. We accept virtually all dental plans. At the moment, we unfortunately are not a contracted provider for MassHealth. We are also a partner with Bento Dental for those who don’t have insurance.
